Some of you may have an interest in becoming a meteorologist. Hopefully, your weather forecast goes better than this one does.
Computers do much of the work that a meteorologist, or scientists who study the weather, needs to do. The computers take weather data from thousands of weather stations across the world. The data is interpreted and weather forecasts are made. Before computers were used for interpreting meteorological data, scientists had to take the data and create weather interpretations. The following activity is great to teach students how to read and interpret data from actual weather stations.
